How true it this statement. Now before any of you say "wait...being on the same page is a good thing", let me emphasize the point. In order to come to an effective conclusion, there must be vetting from ALL angles. In our lives, we tend to go with the crowd and be a yes man/woman when offered to participate. That is not being constructive or helping advance yourself personally.

Sometimes the herd is not correct! Believe in your intuitions if something doesn't feel right. Explore different views/angles and think it out. Who knows, YOU might be the difference maker by being, thinking, and seeing a solution differently!!
