Connecting the Dots

You have several elements that are necessary to function and to be effective each day. The trick is to understand that all of these elements must connect cohesively and work as one.

Some of these elements are as follows:

1) Getting good sleep (unplugging before bed to allow peace and ease)
2) Healthy food (that fuels your body all day long)
3) Adequate amount of water (to keep the body hydrated and lubricated)
4) 15-30 min personal time (to refocus your mind and relieve stress)
5) 30 min of heart elevating exercise (to activate your heart and move body)
6) 10-15 meditative/prayer time (to align the mind with body)

It is easier to connect these dots if you put in a basic structure. Try it! You will be amazed when you connect the dots and operate at an alpha level you have always desired!
