Where did the child go?

“If you want your children to be intelligent, read them fairy tales. If you want them to be more intelligent, read them more fairy tales.” - Albert Einstein

Think back to when you about age 6. How much fun was life! You had the imagination that only thought of possibilities. You had energy that could go on for days. You smiled and looked forward to "play time" because it was fun. But then somewhere along the way you changed. We "grew up". Nothing wrong with that, but as you matured you left some of the best pieces of you behind. What a shame! Why don't you go retrieve it and take it with you today!
As a child, we didn't allow the negative forces to keep us from "play time". In fact, it was the motivating force to get you through those times. Maybe it is time to simplify and think as a 6-year-old again. Not in everything of course, but from time to time, drink out of a hose, challenge a friend to a game, and run just for the sake of running. Change your mindset and you change your life.
