SHHHHHHH!!!

Have you ever noticed the sounds of colleagues, friends, or strangers when they say something like "Look at me.... Well I'm doing this!!....I'm SOOOO swamped right now....I can't because I am the team lead, and the project will fail without me". As much as that may or may NOT be true, why do people feel the need to draw the attention to themselves.

Real leadership and results are the result of you bringing out the best in OTHERS. You become better only when you help others become better FIRST! You can start by one of the golden rules which states having two ears, two eyes and one mouth to see and hear twice as much as you speak. One piece of advice is to never look at a person for who they are. Instead, look at them for what they can become. Help them develop that first. Speaking less sometimes is your answer.
